That is because these seeds are not for XBox One, XBox One seeds for minecraft are 9 or 10 numbers, seeds with letters don’t work for XBox One either. Start looking up some seeds for XBox One that are 9 numbers(they work better).

It is probably because it is not on the right version of minecraft. I do not know which version these are on, but when the post was made, in 2017, the seeds are probably for which version was the latest release.

I found the big chicken in the room in the mansion. There is a cat too. The Oceanside Chicken seed worked fine on my Xbox one.
